Abstract: Good governance must be supported by information technology governance is also good. Government of West Sumba has implemented information systems/information technology (IS/IT) in every business process, but there is no strategic planning for IS/IT. IS/IT strategic planning aims to improve the business benefits for organizations. The method used in IS/IT strategic planning for the Government of West Sumba is The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM). TOGAF ADM phases contain to make the design of Enterprise Architecture (EA) for an organization before entering the stage of implementation of IS/IT. Outcomes resulting from the TOGAF ADM phases will result in an enterprise architecture that can be used as guidelines for the Government of West Sumba in order to achieve the organization's strategic objectives.
