Perbandingan Traditional Business Intelligence dan Service-oriented Business Intelligence (SoBI) untuk Integrasi Data Akademik dan Keuangan: studi kasus Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana

Abstract

Data integration in Traditional Business Intelligence is done by ETL (Extract Transform Loading) process, while in the Service-oriented Business Intelligence (SoBI) offers data integration processes with a more modest when comparing to the Traditional BI ETL processes. This research implemented and compared traditional Business Intelligence and Service-oriented Business Intelligence for the integration of academic and financial data. Based on the research has been done, has been obtained that the concept of SoBI is superior in the process of ETL, data sources, the development of support system, in support of front-end applications, scalability and stability system when compared with the concept of Traditional BI.
