Monitoring Traffic Virtual Machine pada Open vSwitch menggunakan sFlow

Abstract

Technological developments in network monitoring is becoming increasingly important with the development of increasingly complex networks. In order to observe and resolve network problems quickly and easily, a system that can monitor the activity of the network traffic. sFlow is a technology for monitoring network devices, wireless, and host. This final project explores sFlow monitoring tool for monitoring traffic from virtual machines connected to Open vSwitch. Open vSwitch serves as sFlow agent whose function is to collect information about traffic on its interface, and send it to the sFlow collector. SFlow monitoring tool (sFlowTrend) is used show traffic from the virtual machines.
