Prediksi Pola Spasial Pada Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Alokasi Umum Terhadap Pengalokasian Anggaran Belanja Modal : Study Kasus pada Kabupaten / Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah

Abstract

The implementation of fiscal decentralization in additionto giving authority to local governments also affect the ability of regions to meet the public interest. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of Economic Growth, Regional Revenue and General Allocation Fund to the Capital Budget Appropriations. Samples used in the study were 35 Government District in Central Java which is taken by using census method. The analytical tool used is multiple regression test. The test results showed that the Economic Growth, Regional Revenue and General Allocation Fund significantly affect the allocation of capital expenditure while. Determination of the indicators of an area said to be very high to very low depending on the value c.mI and c.map, where c.map > 0 & c.mI > 0 means that there is a positive value significant, where as if mI.local [, 5 ] > signif indicates that the relationship is insignificant. Later in 2013 predicting whether positive or negative indicates an increase and what factors affect the growth of proficiency level on each variable.
