Analisis Penerapan Knowledge Management dengan Menggunakan Metode SECI: studi kasus Pelatihan Penyidikan Finansial di Jakarta Centre for Law Enforcement Cooperation

Abstract

One of a common problems concerned by a company or organization is that when the competent person leave, the knowledge goes along with the person. To overcome this problem, a company or organization should manage the knowledge and maintain its development. Using SECI method as the analysis base supported by technology as the data processing tool, this study has a purpose to measure and assess how a training centre manage its knowledge and store the evaluation and feedback of every training which had been delivered. By running the knowledge management cycle precisely, a training centre can enhance the quality of its training materials, discussions, and case studies.
