Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dan burnout pada karyawan PT. GGP Lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 95 karyawan tetap PT. GGP Lampung yang terpilih melalui stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala komitmen organisasi dan skala burnout. Hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dan burnout diuji dengan korelasi Pearson’s Product moment. Koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebesar -0,809dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dan burnout pada karyawan PT. GGP Lampung. The aim of this research is to find relationship between organizational commitment and burnout among employees of PT. GGP Lampung. This research was conducted on 95 permanent employees of PT. GGP Lampung which were chosen by stratified random sampling. Data were collected by using organizational commitment questionnaire and burnout questionnaire. The relationship between organizational commitment and burnout was analyzed by using Pearson’s Product moment. The gained coefficient of correlation is -0,809 with 0,000 as its significance level, thus it can be concluded that there is significant negative relationship between organizational commitment and burnout among employees of PT. GGP Lampung. |
