Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kelelahan kerja (burnout) antara perawat laki-laki dan perawat perempuan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Soe. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 orang yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik Purposive Ramdom Sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala burnout dengan model skala Likert yang terdiri dari 4 alternatif pilihan jawaban. Skala burnout yang digunakan diadaptasi dan diterjemahkan berdasarkan 3 aspek burnout menurut Maslach dan Jackson (1981) yaitu: emosional exhaustion, depersonalization, dan reduce personal accomplishment. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Independent Sample Test. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan tersebut adalah t-test sebesar -2,382 dengan signifikansi 0,021 atau p< 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan kelelahan kerja (burnout) antara perawat laki-laki dan perawat perempuan di RSUD Kota Soe karena p > 0,05. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kelelahan kerja (burnout) yang signifikan antara perawat laki-laki dan perawat perempuan di RSUD Kota Soe. This research aimed to determine differences in job burnout between male and female nurses at the Soe City General Hospital. Subjects in this research amounted to 54 people who were determined using Random purposive sampling techniques. The Used Data collection instrument is the burnout scale Likert scale model consisting of four alternate answer choices. The used Burnout scale was adapted and translated by 3 aspects of burnout according to Maslach and Jackson (1981), namely: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment reduce. Data analysis methods used are Independent Sample Test. The results of these calculations are t-test with significance at-2.3820. 021or p < 0.05, which means that there are differences in job burnout (burnout) between male and female nurses at the Soe City General Hospitalas p > 0.05. It shows that there are significant differences in job burnout between male and female nurses at the Soe City General Hospital. |
