Abstract: The aim of this study is to figure out whether there is a significant relationship between performing arts and creative industry. The study was done qualitatively. It has been done also by an analysis concerning on significant intellectual relationship, business, and government One of local folk art, tayub, plays an important role in economic sector increasing local's capitals. Not all economic sectors are determined by economic factors. Cultural capital has become main factor related to the existences of folk performing art. All folk performance have to be well-preserved since it is from the locals, and also have to be synchronized with cultural production distribution, and society's interest
