Abstract: A student-teacher might have a little knowledge and experience about how to manage classroom condition and the students' misbehavior which might lead to the failure of implementing what the student-teachers have written in the lesson plan during Teaching Practicum program. This paper aims to improve the student-teachers' performance in dealing with the students' misbehavior through an action research. The participants were one class of eight grade students that consists of 20 students in one of private junior high school in Salatiga. The finding of this research showed that applying "Star Card" as rewards in class is one of the effective ways to decrease students' misbehavior, because it increases students' motivation which made the students' do, listen, and behave better during teaching and learning process.
