Abstract: The research on the influence of consumers internal factors (age and income) as well as the marketing mix (product, price, promotion and place) towards consumers loyalty of fruits in Hortimart Agro Center. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of internal factors consumers (age and income) as well as the marketing mix (product, price, promotion and place) towards consumers loyalty of fruits in Hortimart Agro Center. The methods used in this research is quantitative deskriftif. As for the number of samples in this research is as much as 70 respondents. The result of this research show that there are simultaneous influences between variables age, income, product, price, promotion and place towards consumers loyalty. Partially variabel income, product, price and place effect signffiicantly towards consumers loyalty. As for the variables of age and promotion do not affect signifficantly towards consumers loyalty.
