Penerapan Responsive Web Design pada E-learning SMP Negeri 3 Salatiga

Abstract

Responsive Web Design merupakan suatu teknologi website yang bisa membuat layout tampilan sebuah web menjadi otomatis beradaptasi pada perangkat yang digunakan oleh pengguna. Dalam penggunaaan teknologi ini terdapat 3 teknik khusus ya itu flexible grid, flexible image , dan media queries. Responsive Web Design ini di implementasikan pada situs e-learning SMPN 3 Salatiga. karena sistem be lajar mengajar masih kurang efektif dan sebanyak 60% siswa dan pengajar dalam mengakses sebuah website masih kurang nyaman penyebabnya dikarenakan dari tulisan web yang diakses sulit dibaca dan harus melakukan zoom-in untuk melihat isi konten secara optimal. Dengan menerapkanteknologi Responsive Web Design pada e-learning SMPN 3 Salatiga maka pengajar dan siswa merasa nyaman dalam mengakses e-learning di berbagai macam perangkat.

Responsive Web Design is a technology of website which can automatically adapt layout view of website to user device. T here are 3 special components in this technology, such as flexible grids, flexible images, and media queries. This technology is implemen ted on an e-learning of SMPN 3 Salatiga, because teaching and learning process at SMPN 3 Salatiga is still less effective and as much as 60% of students and teachers then they are access a website using smartphone, they fell not comfortable because the content of website is too difficult for them to read and they should have to zoom in the website to see all of the content. So by applying technology into e-learning of SMPN 3 Salatiga teachers and students feel much comfortable to accessing this e-learning in many k ind of devices.
