Penerapan Algoritma ID3 pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemberian Kredit pada Koperasi Multi Lokasi Berbasis Web: studi kasus Koperasi Jaya Eka Sakti (JES) Salatiga

Abstract

Kredit koperasi merupakan bantuan dana oleh koperasi yang memberikan keuntungan bagi koperasi dan nasabah. Dalam pemberian kredit, koperasi harus mempertimbangkan kemampuan nasabah dalam memenuhi kewajibannya melalui enam kriteria; character, collateral, condition, capacity, capital, dan area. Untuk itu diperlukan evaluasi dalam memutuskan nasabah yang berhak menerima kredit. Dalam penelitian ini, dibuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan algoritma Iterative Dichotomizer Three untuk memudahkan koperasi melakukan evaluasi terhadap calon nasabah. Algoritma ID3 digunakan untuk mendapat pohon keputusan sehingga bisa membantu pengambil kebijakan untuk menentukan nasabah yang layak mendapatkan kredit dan nasabah yang tidak layak mendapatkan kredit.

Cooperative lending is financial credit which provide benefits to the both cooperative and the customers. In the provision of credit, the cooperative should consider the customer’s ability to meets its obligations through the six criteria; character, collateral, condition, capacity, capital, and area. This requires evaluation in deciding which customers are eligible to receive credit. In this research, a decision support system based on Iterative Dichotomizer Three is proposed to assist the cooperative to select eligible customers. ID3 algorithm is used to obtain a decision tree that can help decision maker to determine which credit worthy customers and customers who are not credit worthy.
