Abstract: Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana membutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi promosi yang dapat menyediakan informasi bagi calon mahasiswa baru mengenai FTI UKSW, dan data mengenai tingkat loyalitas mahasiswa dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia bagi FTI UKSW. Data tersebut akan dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam menjaga loyalitas mahasiswa FTI UKSW. Salah satu cara untuk menjaga loyalitas mahasiswa FTI UKSW yaitu dengan menerapkan pendekatan Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Pendekatan CRM digunakan untuk mengelola hubungan antara FTI UKSW dengan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan bagian promosi FTI UKSW.
Satya Wacana Christian University’s Faculty of Information Technology need a promotion information system which can provide information about Faculty of Information Technology for new students, and data about loyalty of students from various regions in Indonesia to Faculty of Information Technology. These data will serve as a guide in maintaining the loyalty of students. One way to keep the loyalty of Satya Wacana Christian University’s Faculty of Information Technology students is to apply Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach. CRM approach used to manage the relationship between Faculty of Information Technology with students. The result of this study is information system that can meet the needs of Faculty of Information Technology.
