Sistem Informasi Administrasi dan Keuangan dengan Menggunakan Teknologi ADO.NET: studi kasus SD Kristen Ambon

Abstract

Sistem Administrasi merupakan salah satu sistem yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam suatu sekolah pada SD Kristen Ambon. Sistem informasi administrasi SD Kristen Ambon masih dilakukan secara manual, perhitungan secara manual ini tentunya memakan waktu yang sangat lama dan bisa terjadi kesalahan yang mengakibatkan informasi yang dihasilkan kurang tepat. Teknologi yang dipakai untuk membangun sistem informasi administrasi yaitu menggunakan ADO.NET karena teknologi ini dibangun untuk arsitektur koneksi terputus sehingga tidak membebani server. Metode yang di gunakan untuk membangun sistem informasi administrasi ini adalah metode prototype dengan melibatkan user secara langsung dengan analisis dan perancangan, karena sangat efektif untuk pengkoreksian sistem, selain itu juga metode prototype ini bertahap dan cepat sehingga dapat segera di evaluasi oleh pengguna. Sistem yang dibangun dapat mempermudah pengelolaan data siswa baik itu SPP, kas sekolah maupun laporan keuangan.

Administration system is a system that have an important role in an institution, especially in the educational institutions of Kusu-Kusu Sereh Christian elementary school of Ambon. Administrative information systems of Kusu-Kusu Sereh Christian elementary school of Ambon still manually, this manually calculation of coursewill take a very long time and can occur errors which concequenced theinformation resultednot accurate.The technology used to build administrative information systems is ADO.NET. This technology is built to architectural disconected so that can not burden the server. The method used to build this administrative information systems is Prototype method that involving the user directlywith the analysis and planning. This method is very effective for system correcting. Besides that, this prototype method operation is step by step and fast,so that, can evaluate immediately by the user. The built system can facilitate students data management either SPP, school cash or financial report.
