Abstract: This research aims to analyze the differences in perception between internal and external stockholders toward the transparency of school’s financial management and to analyze the differences in perception between internal and external stockholders on the accountability of school’s financial management. Population of the research is all teachers, staff, and school committee management and those become a research objects is SMA Salahutu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. A statistic analysis of the research showed the following findings: 1) there is a mean difference in stockholder perception (both Internal and External) on a transparency of school SMA di Kecamatan Salahutu, 2) there is a mean differences in stockholder perception (both Internal and Regional) on accountability of SMA Salahutu
