Abstract: The study was conducted to know the channels, costs, margins and efficiency of cassava. The respondents of this study are cassava farmers and traders in Wonogiri. Farmers have been selected based on random sampling method, while traders selected by snowball sampling method. On the marketing of cassava, there are three marketing channels, namely channel 1: farmer → company of flour mocaf → food company → retailer → consumer; channel 2: farmer → trader → company of flour mocaf → food company → retailer → consumer. channel 3: farmers → retailer → consumer. Marketing channels most profitable for farmers is the first marketing channel which farmers sell directly to the company of flour mocaf. Problems in the cassava marketing are the production of cassava are not continuous, less than optimal for storage facilities, standardization is not going well and the illegal levies in the marketing
