dc.description.abstract | Resources Connectivity is an evolving concept of networking resources into a framework widely used to analyze the important role of small businesses in promoting business activities. Empirically networking concept has significant resource increase innovation, improve competitiveness, and is able to provide a better level of income. Overall an integrated perspective of innovation networks between business activities to encourage the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Meanwhile Smith (2011), which affects the network performance can be obtained through the study of the actors of SMEs in generating collaboration and innovation. In addition to the model of the One Village One Product (OVOP) can develop of flagship products that have marketing potential, enhancing the quality and value-added products, as well as increased income of local communities. This research aims to describe the networking resources SME processed foods, and observe models of innovation in the SME connectivity resources processed foods in Magelang, and also observe models of OVOP in processed food SMEs in Sidoarjo. Research method use a descriptive research and focus group discussion (FGD) with a narrative-descriptive analysis tools, which explain something appropriate sequences of events. The results show that the network resources that includes: raw materials, labors, equipment and technology, capital and marketing network, are made by SMEs more successful in increasing innovation and business performance of the SMEs than those SMEs that do not use a networking resources. SMEs with a network resource can be able to increase production capacity and business, increase scale and improve the quality of SME products.
