Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kompetensi guru dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri yang Bersertifikasi di Kecamatan Kendal Kabupaten Kendal.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru SD Negeri yang ada di UPTD Kecamatan Kendal yang berstatus sebagai PNS sebanyak 82 guru yang bersertifikasi. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sample. Peneltian ini menggunakan kuesioner /skala sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama. Skala kompetensi guru diadaptasi (Ruata, 2011) yang telah dimodifikasi oleh penulis sesuai tujuan penelitian. dan skala motivasi berprestasididasarkan pada teori Kebutuhan McClelland (Luthans, 2006), yang diadaptasi dari skala motivasi berprestasi yang disusunNoya (2011), kemudian dimodifikasi pada beberapa bagian sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Kinerja guru dinilai dengan menggunakan the teacher performance assessment instrument (APKG) yang dikembangkan oleh Depdiknas.Validitas instrumen diukur dengan menggunakan pearson product moment dan reliabilitas instrument diukur dengan menggunakan teknik cronbach alpha.Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian memenuhi syarat valid dan reliable. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis regresi ganda ditemukan koefisien determinasi (R2) = 0,005 dan nilai F = 0,207 (p = 0,813; p > 0,05), artinya bahwa tidak ada pengaruh secra simultan antara kompetensi dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri yang bersertifikasi di Kecamatan Kendal, Kabupaten Kendal. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of teacher competence and achievement motivation on simultaneously and significantly to the performance of the Certified Elementary School teacher in District Kendal, Regency Kendal.Populasi in this study is Elementary School Teacher 's in Kendal UPTD the District 's who status as a civil servant as many as 82 certified teachers . The sample of this study using a random sample technique. This study used a questionnaire / scale as the primary means of data collection . Teacher competence scale adapted by ( Ruata , 2011) which has been modified by the author to the purpose of the study. And achievement motivation scale based on the theory of Needs McClelland ( Luthans , 2006) , which was adapted from the scale of achievement motivation compiled by Noya ( 2011) , then modified in several sections according to the research objectives . Performance was assessed by the teacher using the teacher performance assessment instrument ( APKG ) developed by Depdiknas.Validitas instruments measured using the Pearson product moment and instrument reliability was measured using Cronbach Alpha.Instrument techniques used in the study are eligible valid and reliable . Based on the results of multiple regression analysis found the coefficient of determination ( R2 ) = 0.005 and the value of F = 0.207 ( p = 0.813 , p > 0.05 ) , meaning that there is no effect of simultaneous perpetually between competence and achievement motivation on the performance of certified elementary school teachers in the District of Kendal, Kendal Regency. |
