dc.description.abstract | Penelitian mengenai pertumbuhan dan hasil 17 genotip gandum (Triticum aestivum L.) di dataran rendah tropis telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2013 hingga November 2013 di lahan pertanian PT. Sango Ceramics Indonesia, yang beralamat di Jalan Raya Mangkang, Wonosari, Ngaliyan, Kota Semarang, provinsi Jawa Tengah, dengan ketinggian tempat ±13 m dpl. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penampilan dan menetapkan genotip yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan dan dibudidayakan di dataran rendah tropis Semarang dari 17 genotip gandum yang dicoba. Penelitian ini, menggunakan RAK dan analisis sidik ragam dengan uji BNJ 5%, uji korelasi antara hasil dan komponennya dilakukan sebagai dasar pembobotan dalam penentuan skoring masing-masing genotip Perlakuannya adalah berbagai genotip gandum yang berjumlah 17 genotip dengan 3 kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Hanya 10 genotip yang mampu bertahan sampai panen yaitu: M2, M5, M7, M8, M9, SO3, SO8, SO9, Nias, dan Dewata; sedangkan genotip M1, M3, M4, M6, Jarissa, Selayar, dan SO10 tidak mampu bertahan hidup sampai panen; 2). Semua genotip tidak berbeda nyata dalam tinggi tanaman dan jumlah anakan dibanding varietas kontrol. Sementara umur berbunga dan umur panen genotip M7 nyata lebih cepat daripada genotip Dewata; 3). genotip SO8 dan SO9 menunjukkan Bobot Petak Neto dan jumlah malai per meter persegi yang nyata lebih bobot daripada genotip Dewata, namun tidak berbeda nyata dengan genotip Nias; kedua genotip tersebut tidak ada yang lebih baik dalam panjang malai, bobot 1 l biji, dan bobot 1000 biji daripada varietas Nias; 4). Genotip yang berpotensi untuk dibudidayakan pada dataran rendah tropis adalah SO8, SO9, dan Nias. | id |
dc.description.abstract | Research on the growth and yield of 17 genotypes of wheat production (Triticum aestivum L.) in tropical lowlands was conducted in August 2013 to November 2013 on PT. Sango Ceramics agricultural land Indonesia, Mangkang highway Wonosari, Ngaliyan subdistrict , Semarang district, Central Java province which has an altitude ± 13 m above sea level. The aims of this research were to know the genotype performance and to determine the genotype that have potency to be developed and cultivated in Semarang tropical lowlands of 17 genotype treatments. The experiments were arranged by using RCBD repeated three times and analysis of variance, with HSD 5%. The correlation test between the yield and it’s components used as a based for the scoring of each genotypes. The treatments were 17 genotypes. The results showed that 1). Only 10 genotypes were able to survive until harvest i.e. M2, M5, M7, M8, M9, SO3, SO8, SO9, Nias, and Dewata; whereas the genotype M1, M3, M4, M6, Jarissa, Selayar, and SO10 were not able to survive until the harvest; 2). All genotypes were not significantly different for plant height and number of tillers if to be compared the control varieties. The old of flowering and harvesting of M7 genotype markedly earlier than the Dewata genotype; 3). SO8 and SO9 genotype show that the weight per netto plot and panicles per m2 heavier than the Dewata genotype, but not significantly different to Nias genotype; SO8 and SO9 genotypes as same as Nias Genotype for the panicle length, weight of 1 liter grain, and the weight of 1000 grains; 4). The genotype has the potential to be cultivated in the tropical lowlands were SO8, SO9, and Nias. | en_US |
