dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komitmen professional dengan kinerja guru SDK Petra Kediri. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 33 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Komitmen Profesional dan skala Supervisi Pembelajaran. Hubungan antara komitmen profesional dengan kinerja guru diuji dengan korelasi Pearson’s Product Moment. Koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,497dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 (p<0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara komitmen profesional dengan kinerja guru SDK Petra Kediri.id
dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to determine the relationship between professional commitment to teacher performance SDK Petra Kediri. This study was conducted on 33 teachers. Data collected by using a measuring instrument Professional Commitment and Learning Supervision scale. The relationship between professional commitment to the teacher's performance was tested with Pearson's product moment correlation. The correlation coefficient obtained is at 0.497 with a significance value of 0.002(p<0,05), so it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between professional commitment to teacher performance SDK Petra Kediri.en_US
