Abstract: | Saat ini di Indonesia khususnya diperkotaan lahan untuk bercocok tanam semakin berkurang. Teknik pertanian modern seperti hidroponik sudah menjadi kebutuhan. Pada hidroponik, larutan nutrisi memberikan pertumbuhan optimal apabila kondisinya sesuai dengan kebutuhan tanaman. Kondisi larutan yang dimaksud salah satunya adalah konsentrasi EC (Electrical Conductivity). Konsentrasi EC dalam hidroponik harus dapat dikontrol. Tanaman juga memerlukan penjadwalan dalam mendapatkan nutrisi.
Pada skripsi ini dirancang sistem yang dapat mengontrol nilai EC (Electrical Conductivity) dan penjadwalan penyemprotan larutan nutrisi ke akar tanaman. Dengan sistem tersebut, tanaman mendapatkan nutrisi sesuai kebutuhan. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan mikrokontroler ATmega32 sebagai pengendali utama. Penjadwalan nutrisi menggunakan acuan berdasarkan data waktu dari RTC (Real time Clock). EC meter merek Lutron YK-22CT digunakan sebagai sensor EC. Submersibble pump digunakan untuk mengatur banyaknya air ke dalam larutan nutrisi apabila nilai EC larutan nutrisi terlampau tinggi dari setpoint.
Pengujian menggunakan larutan nutrisi merek Organik Super Argo. Selama proses tanam, alat dapat menjaga nilai EC (Electrical Conductivity) dengan ralat 0,428% sampai 2%. Penjadwalan dilakukan dengan memberikan time on dan time off pompa nutrisi sebanyak 24 kali per hari. Dengan perlakuan tersebut tanaman kangkung dapat tumbuh sampai usia 30 hari setelah tanam dan tidak layu. Nowadays Indonesia, especially in city area, has significantly lost its potential farming area. This fact further increases the needs of modern farm technique such as hydroponics. Through this technique, the nutrient solution will stimulate optimal growth of the plant when the conditions meet the plant’s needs. One of the required conditions is the EC (Electrical Conductivity). EC concentration in the hydroponics should be controllable. Also, the plants need to have nutrient scheduling. In this thesis, its designed a system which is able to control EC level and scheduling the nutrient solution spray to the root. With this system, the plants will get suitable level of nutrition. The system is designed using microcontroller ATmega 32 as the main controller. The nutrient scheduling is based on the database from the RTC (Real Time Clock). EC Meter of Lutron YK-22CT is utilized as EC sensor. Submersible pump has a role to control water volume which added into the nutrient solution when the EC level of the solution is beyond the set point. The testing uses nutrient solution of Organik Super Agro. During the planting process, the device keeps EC level (Electrical Conductivity) with erratum 0.428% up to 2%. The scheduling is proceeding by giving time on and time off to the nutrient pump until 24times a day. And by doing that, the plants, in this case is vegetable leave, can grow up until 30 days old without withered. |
