Scada Berbasis Wonderware InTouch 10.5 dengan PLC Siemens S300 sebagai Pengendali Sistem Perakitan Kaleng

Abstract

Sistem ini merealisasikan Scada Berbasis Wonderware Intouch 10.5 dengan PLC Siemens untuk mengendalikan dan mengawasi proses perakitan kaleng. Sistem terdiri dari 3 unit yaitu Unit Input, Unit Asembly dan Unit Press. Unit akan dikontrol dengan menggunakan PLC Siemens S300 yang berbeda, sehingga akan ada 3 PLC yang digunakan untuk mengontrol unit tersebut. PLC akan dikomunikasikan dengan menggunakan profinet. Proses monitoring menggunakan PC dengan software Wonderware. Komunikasi antara PLC dengan Wonderware menggunakan KepserverEX 5.0. Hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umum sistem ini dapat bekerja 100%. Wonderware Intouch dapat berkomunikasi dengan PLC menggunakan KepserverEX 5.0. Wonderware dapat melakukan proses pengendalian dan pengawasan. Pengoperasian mesin juga dapat dilakukan oleh operator dengan menggunakan tombol operasi.

This systems realize Scada based on Wonderware InTouch 10.5 combined with Siemens PLC to control and monitor cans assembly process. The system consists of three units: Input Unit, Press Unit and Asembly Unit. These unit will be controlled using PLC Siemens S300, which each unit will be controlled by different PLC, so that there will be 3 PLC that are used to control all units. PLC will communicate using PROFINET. Process monitoring uses a PC with Wonderware software. Communication between the PLC with Wonderware uses KepserverEX 5.0. The test results can be concluded, that in general this system can work 100%. Wonderware InTouch can communicate with the PLC using KepserverEX 5.0. Wonderware can perform control and monitoring. Process operation machine can also be performed by the operator using the operation panels.
