Abstract: | Penelitian ini di lakukan di Puskesmas kota Wamena Papua mengunakan Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif terhadap ketiga ibu hamil usia remaja 15 – 18 tahun yang positif terinfeksi HIV/AIDS. Dari ketiga ibu hamil ini, menunjukan stres yang memunculkan reaksi afeksi, reaksi kognitif dan reaksi perilaku saat mengetahui bahwa mereka positif HIV/AIDS. Ketiga ibu hamil ini juga memiliki cara yang berbeda dalam menghadapi stres, yaitu melakukan koping dengan mengunakan stategi emotion focused coping dan problem focused coping serta mendapatkan dukungan sosial secara emosional dari tenaga kesehatan dan anggota keluarga yang dipercayainya. This research was done at the Clinic of the city of Wamena-Papua use a descriptive qualitative research methods to the three pregnant teenagers 15-18 years old who positively infected with HIV/AIDS. From the three pregnant women showed a stress reaction that raises the cognitive reaction, affection and behavior reaction when knowing that they were positively HIV/AIDS. This three pregnant women also have different ways in the face of stress, that is do the coping continuously by using emotion focused coping and problem focused coping, and social support emotionally by health workers and family members who they believed. |
