Abstract: | ujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemberdayaan psikologis dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini menggunakan teori pemberdayaan psikologis dari Spreitzer (2013) dengan aspek meaningfulness, self- determination, competence, impact dan teori OCB dari Organ (2013) dengan aspek altruism, conscientiousness, sportmanship, courtesy, civic virtue. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 65 karyawan Agrowisata Salib Putih Salatiga dari 74 karyawan diambil dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala pemberdayaan psikologis yang di adopsi dari Spreitzer (dalam Ahmad et. al, 2014) dan skala OCB yang adopsi dari Kim et. al (dalam Ahmad et. al, 2014) dengan 22 pernyataan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSSv.16. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan korelasi antara pemberdayaan psikologis dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) memperoleh hasil r = 0,278 dengan sig = 0,025 (p < 0,05) yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara pemberdayaan psikologis dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research is intend to find out the relationship between psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study uses the theory of psychological empowerment of Spreitzer (2013) with aspects of meaningfulness, self-determination, competence, impact and OCB theory of Organ (2013) with aspects of altruism, conscientiousness, Sportsmanship, courtesy, civic virtue. Subjects used in this study 65 employees from 74 employees in Agrowisata Salib Putih Salatiga taken with saturation sampling technique. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire using a scale of psychological empowerment in the adoption of Spreitzer (Ahmad et. Al, 2014) and the OCB scale adoption of Kim et. al (Ahmad et. al, 2014) with 22 statements. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSSv.16 program. These results indicate a correlation between psychological empowerment with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) to obtain results with r = 0.278 sig = 0.025 (p <0.05), which means that there is a significant positive relationship between psychological empowerment with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). |
