Abstract: Grammar is a very crucial aspect in learning English. However students may have different perceptions towards learning Grammar. This study was conducted to find out the students’ perceptions toward Grammar at SMA Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga. The participants of this study were forty five ten grade students from SMA Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga. The data were collected using close ended questionnaire. The study revealed that the students had positive perceptions toward Grammar and were aware of its importance. In spite of these, they reported to have difficulties in learning it.
