Abstract: | Suatu perusahaan atau perbankkan yang sedang berkembang menjadi perusahaan yang besar, dituntut memiliki suatu jaringan koneksi yang saling terhubung untuk digunakan berkomunikasi, pengiriman informasi dan pertukaran data dari cabang menuju kantor pusat maupun sebaliknya. Karena dalam pertukaran data maupun informasi suatu perbankkan atau perusahaan besar yang memiliki beberapa cabang disetiap wilayah yang berbeda seharusnya selalu dalam kondisi koneksi yang berjalan terus menerus, stabil, supaya data maupun informasi yang dikirimkan dapat diterima tepat waktu, akan tetapi muncul suatu masalah dimana ketika terjadi gangguan koneksi pada jaringan utama kantor pusat, maka seluruh kantor cabang tidak bisa melakukan pertukaran data dan informasi. Failover link ini dibuat untuk membantu menjaga stabilitas koneksi yang terhubung antara kantor pusat dengan cabang perusahan yang berada di sekitar wilayah suatu kota, sehingga pertukaran data maupun pengiriman data dapat berjalan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang simulasi sistem failover link dengan menggunakan routing protocol OSPFv2 untuk membackup pengiriman data apabila jaringan utama terdapat gangguan koneksi sehingga pengiriman data dapat berjalan secara normal. A company or banking are being developed into a large company, is required to have an interconnected network of connections to use to communicate, the transmission of information and the exchange of data from the branch to the head office and vice versa. Because in the exchange of data and information on a banking or large companies that have multiple branches in each different region should always be in a state of connection that runs continuously, stable, so that data and information transmitted can be received on time, but there is a problem where when it happened connection disruption on the main network headquarters, all branches can not exchange data and information. Failover link is designed to help maintain the stability of the connections that connect between head office and branches of companies that are around the area of a city, so the exchange of data and data delivery may be optimized. This research aims to design a simulation system failover link by using OSPFv2 routing protocol for backing up the data transmission when the primary network connection so that there is interference with data transmission can run normally. |
