Analisis Information Economics pada Penilaian Investasi Sistem Informasi Industrial and Financial System (IFS) di PT. XYZ Jakarta

Abstract

PT. XYZ Jakarta has accomplished an implementation of IFS. The investment is not only a huge cost, but it also has influenced company's business process. Therefore, it needs research on investment evaluation of IFS focusing on its finance. The research has applied information economics analysis using financial approach. The results of the research show that the IFS's benefits are office supplies expense reduction, wages expense decrease, efficiency of transaction handling and customer preference, efficiency of inventory expense, acceleration of auditing, and labor productivity increase. The investment on IFS has given a significant return on investment of 213.18% and payback period of 0.4 7 year
